Donna has worked in supported housing for nearly 15 years. Specialising in Young Onset Dementia, her career has enabled her to work with people living with a Learning Disability, Mental Health Challenge and who have been in prison. Starting as a volunteer, supporting vulnerable young people, Donna has worked her way up to manage Care Homes, Led National Development for a charity and now works as a Business Development Manager and female lead, to set up supported housing for women who have been in prison. Alongside her career , Donna owns a Development and Property Investment company.
