He discusses break clauses, repairs, lease length and other considerations property investors need to be aware of when negotiating a lease with a supported living provider.
Chris is a solicitor and former independent financial adviser, with considerable experience in the commercial, corporate and property fields. He holds founding directorships in both the children’s care, property and recruitment sectors, with a background and current interest, in professional football.
