In this episode Max Rayner explains why he started investing in supported living. He discusses the challenges of converting HMO’s to a C2 classification as care homes for people with mental health support needs. He shares his powerful motivation and why he thinks supported living works better than private rental HMO’s.

Max Rayner is a professional property investor and developer with 11 years industry experience. Setting up Stuart Clinton Property in 2017 and going full time he has managed to build a multi-million pound portfolio in this period from scratch.

He now helps people without the time or “know how” to invest and enjoy the returns and benefits property can generate.

Max’s passion is “Mental Health” which derives from personal experiences. His sole mission is to provide peaceful and high spec homes to 200 vulnerable people by 2025.
