In this special 50th episode I am joined by my business partner Mark Bowen to talk about the challenges of finance in supported living property. He talks about why it’s an issue, what needs to change and shares some advice for property investors.

Mark left school at the age of 16 and started work in the post room at Rothschilds, delivering the mail. Over the years, Mark moved up through the ranks and has worked for various global financial institutions, holding senior positions and spending a lot of his time developing business strategy and managing major international projects.

After 30 years in the City, Mark left the corporate world in the summer of 2016, deciding that he wanted to work within the property development industry. Mark is Co-Founder of Supported Living Gateway.
