Will Mallard is a social impact investor who focuses with partners on English social housing including assisted, supported and extra care schemes in multiple resident categories. Their team is building the infrastructure to deliver a multi-billion pound offering in the capital markets that provides a major housing impact in the communities their partners operate in.

He is London based, having left New Zealand in 2007 with extensive UK/European consulting experience including large scale distressed property loan portfolio strategy.
